Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards.
Delivery
Following our re-location, we will be concentrating on our local area: Reading, Woodley, Winnersh, Wokingham, Hurst, Sindlesham, and all inbetween.
For local orders (within 2 miles) over £30 we will deliver free; otherwise there is a nominal charge of £5.
For our loyal customers in Maidenhead, we would still like to deliver for you but, for practical reasons, we can only deliver orders over £60.
We can deliver at just 1 hour's notice. For peak floral delivery periods such as Valentine’s and Mother’s Day, we will need 48 hours notice. Delivery to rural areas may incur additional costs. If in doubt, call us.

St Marks Florist is not responsible for decreased flower quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, nor for unsuccessful delivery due to recipient not being present at time of delivery.
Cancellation
24 hours notice is required for any changes to an order, or for an order to be cancelled.
Refunds Policy
Orders should be returned to us within 24 hours of delivery for refund or replacement.
